Smart Moving Box Rental Terms
- I THE CUSTOMER WILL NOT HOLD SMART MOVING BOX RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS OR INJURY INCURRED DURING THE USE OF THE SMART MOVING BOXES. I THE CUSTOMER DO NOT HOLD SMART MOVING BOX LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES TO BELONGINGS OF ANY SORT.
- I THE CUSTOMER UNDERSTAND THAT IF THE TOTES ARE LOST OR BROKEN THAT I THE CUSTOMER WILL PAY $8 PER TOTE TO REPLACE THEM.
- I THE CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT I HAVE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY TO HAVE THE SMART MOVING BOXES READY TO BE RETURNED WITHIN 3 WEEKS OF THE DELIVERY DATE. IF SMART MOVING BOXES ARE NEEDED FOR A LONGER TIME PERIOD I THE CUSTOMER AGREE TO PAY THE FEE FOR RENTING THE TOTES FOR EXTRA WEEKS.
